GRAPHIC FILE REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Formats:

Adobe PDF (Flattened, Press Quality PDFs, embedded Images and Fonts, Crop and Bleeds)
Adobe InDesign (Packaged with Fonts and Links)
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Quark (Collected Fonts and Images for Output)
Microsoft Word (For text documents only no embedded images or word art)
No Excel, Publisher or Power point (Client must provide press-ready PDFs)

Color:

C/M/Y/K Images (Spot Colors if necessary)
R/G/B files not recommended
Rich Black (30/30/30/100)

Preferred Image Types:

Illustrator Files (Outlines Fonts)
EPS
Tiff
High Quality JPEGs
Binary Format
300 DPI Resolution (Minimum) / 600 DPI (Maximum)
No LZW Compression

Fonts:

Embed fonts for PDFs and include all fonts (Printer and Screen Fonts) for all other file types

Layout:

1/8” Bleed on all Images (preferred)
Provide folding sample (if necessary)
Mark Folds with Guidelines
Include Die-Lines in file on separate layer (if necessary)
Die-Lines must be done as a unique spot color
